All your videos are safely and securely stored on your online account. No one will be able to access or view them until you have past.

Your dedicated custodian will be given access to your account at the time of your passing. This process is quick and easy for all involved thanks to our human support team.
Yes and it’s simple. You’ll be able to do so in the members area.
No problem, you will get a space for each one to put down these instructions. Or a tick box if you want it played at your funeral.
In order to verify and release your Their After, we need a death certificate. Having one single custodian responsible for this process keeps things simple for all involved and minimises the stresses.
We are working on this feature for a near future release. However, there is no requirement to have the camera visible on you when you record.
Absolutely, you can have as many as you like and you can address each one to whomever you like!
Pricing works in tiers, so you pay for the plan that works best for you, but you can add as many additional videos, ‘TheirAfters’ as you would like for a one-off cost of $10 each. It’s then just $3 a year for ongoing server space and members area development.
Security is really important to us. We want you to feel secure enough that you can say what you want, even your most vulnerable thoughts for your loved ones. We have a special token system, verified by our custodian process, which allows your dedicated custodian sole access to your account securely, and only when the time comes.
