All your videos are safely and securely stored on your online account. No one will be able to access or view them until you have past.
Determine who gets your messages, whether to play videos at your funeral and other preferences, all online.
Your dedicated custodian will be given access to your account at the time of your passing. This process is quick and easy for all involved thanks to our human support team.
Yes and it’s simple. Once logged in you can upload or delete your videos and photos or amend your last letters and legacy questionnaire answers. This ensures your legacy stays relevant to who you are today.
No problem, you will get a space for each video to put down these instructions. There is also a tick box to advise your custodian to play this video at your funeral.
In order to verify and release your TheirAfter content, we need a death certificate. Having one single custodian responsible for this process keeps things simple for all involved and minimises the stresses.
We are working on this feature for a near future release. However, there is no requirement to have the camera visible on you when you record.
Absolutely, to be able to upload your final words via video please select the paid account at checkout; if you already have a free account you can upgrade via the ‘Your Plan’ section in your online portal. This upgrade will enable video uploads within your account.
No, our pricing works in tiers, so you pay for the plan that works best for you. If later on you would like additional last letters, milestones or videos you will have the option to upgrade your account for a set price in the ‘Your Plan’ section of your online portal.
